I'm Jenn Walker Wall, founder of Work Wonders Careers. For the last 10+ years, I've helped thousands of mission driven job seekers align their career and their values - and get traction in their job search.

 

And this is Dr. Jennifer O'Neil. Not only are we former co-workers turned BFFs, but Jenn O. (or Dr. Jenn, as we like to call her!) is a facilitator in our Community.


Together, we have decades of experience in HR, hiring, leadership and education (plus a love for tarot and astrology) - and we pull all these things together to support professionals in transition.

Frequently asked questions

  • Should I join the Community or work with you privately?
    We've created the Job Search Community as an accessible way to access career and job search support. It's the best fit for people who enjoy group formats and are willing to offer support to others and ask questions in a (small) community setting. If you are primarily interested in accessing private support, you may want to consider Align or Career Alchemy (both include access to our Community!).
  • How long will my job search take?
    Great question - and honestly, we don't know! Most of our clients are looking at a 6-9 month process. A lot depends on your target function, titles and industry.
  • What if I can't make it to a live call?
    No problem! You can post questions asynchronously in our community channel and our team will happily respond. You can also watch our Office Hours replays.
  • What if I want support after the initial 6 week period?
    We have an affordable, month-to-month option that allows you continued access to our Community, if you'd like to continue working together. We'd love to have you!
