    Should I work with your team privately or join the community?

    The Career Collective isn't designed to replace any 1:1 coaching. You'll get much more direct and personalized support working with a coach privately, so if that's more your jam, head over here to look at our services. Access to the Career Collective is included in Align, Elevate, and Leap.

     

    That said, we created the Career Collective as a budget friendly way to access direction, connection, support, and accountability without the investment of a private career coach. 


    If that's sounds like it could be helpful, then you should consider joining us@

    What if I can't attend programs live?

    If you can't join us live or partake in particular opportunity, please know that a) you won't need to participate in everything to move yourself forward, b) we often record group calls so you can rewatch them c) we'll post any resources from workshops and retreats, and d) we often have an async debrief for people to share their takeaways and next steps so you can learn from others who participated. No FOMO necessary!

    Will I get personalized feedback on my resume as a Career Collective member?

    You're welcome to share your resume as part of our onboarding process - but this is just so our team can get to know you better.


    Resume reviews aren't a part of the Career Collective - but Collective members can purchase Rapid Resume Reviews for a nominal cost or upgrade their membership for more support should they become active job seekers during their time with us.

    Can I get a refund if it's not for me?

    We don't offer refunds but you are welcome to cancel your membership at anytime - and we promise, it's easy to do.

    Is the Career Collective the right place for a job seeker?

    You are welcome to join us as a job seeker, but please know that ourJob Search Club programming and resources are not included in the Career Collective.


    Active job seekers looking for our more traditional job search support, please consider our private job search services and/or the Job Search Club.

    You offer support for self employed professionals, but what about potential self employed professionals?

    Absolutely! You do not need to have a business to join our Leap Calls. A few of our members and alum began their business with us!
